HUMP DAY : RESETTING TO A NEW YEAR (AND A NEW SEMESTER)

Oh New Year’s resolutions will you ever last? – This is the question asked by many of us who cannot keep our resolutions together. This week’s article, brought to us by The Huffington Post, offers a comprehensive list on how you can reset different things in your life. Ranging from vices to to-do lists, this comprehensive and easy to read list offers simple tips to maintain healthy changes in our daily lives. A personal favorite and one that I have actually taken up with is to write everything you need to do down. By prioritizing and listing all of the tasks you have to do, things seem much more attainable. Instead of a blur of items to deal with, you have the ability to cross off completed tasks and feel good about what you have done, rather than fret about what needs to get accomplished. So maybe your resolution went away January 2nd but that doesn’t mean you can pick up a new semester resolution right?
