It may seem counterproductive but taking study breaks can be a very huge part in having a successful study session! Trying to do everything all in one sitting can affect the quality of your work and have a harmful effect on your health as well. These breaks can help manage stress and be way more productive afterwards. Here are some ways you can make sure to make the most out of your break:

Get Moving: Going to the gym may take up some time but increased physical activity is positively correlated with academic performance.

Take A Snooze: During finals no one gets enough sleep. Super short sleep sessions – even six minutes – can help your memory!

Eat A Snack: Eating a healthy snack can help you work better and longer! Your brain needs healthy nutrients in order to perform!
