BAC stands for Blood Alcohol Content. As we all know, it is illegal to drive if your BAC reaches a certain point. But just because your BAC is below .08% does not mean that you are good to go. What you drink will have different effects on you, depending on what you drink, how many you have, your weight, and even your gender. It can be okay to drink safely and in moderation (if you’re 21+). The question is, how much is too much? Always keep track of how many drinks you have had; it could mean the difference between a fun night out and a trip to the hospital.
