TUESDAY RECIPE: BANANA SUSHI

BANANA SUSHI

This is a healthy, no-cooking, easy treat that tastes good and looks entertaining!

Ingredients:

1 Banana

1 TBSP Peanut Butter (Or Nutella)

Any Variation Of:

Mixed Nuts (pistachios, walnuts, almonds, etc.)

Sunflower Seeds

Diced/minced fruit (small chunks of apples or strawberries)

Shredded Coconut

Directions:

-Peel banana and place on plate

-Evenly spread peanut butter or nutella over one side

-Sprinkle on toppings and press them lightly into the nut butter to ensure they will stick.

-Evenly slice banana

-Place banana into the freezer and freeze for about an hour.
