TUESDAY RECIPE: BREAKFAST IN A MUG
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but with so many options, how can you choose? For that awkward moment of indecisiveness, try BREAKFAST IN A MUG! Quick, easy, and delicious.
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon water (or milk)
*add whatever else you want- peppers, meat, veggies, etc.
Microwave butter in a ceramic mug for 30 seconds.
Add eggs, water, and a dash of salt and pepper to the mug.
Use a fork to whisk ingredients together.
Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Remove and give a quick stir to ensure even cooking.
Return to the microwave and cook on high for an additional 45 seconds.
Top with cheddar cheese.
