TUESDAY RECIPE: BUFFALO CHICKEN POPCORN
Everybody loves popcorn! It’s such an easy snack to make and always tastes great. It’s also the perfect snack to have at your next movie night. Try this buffalo ranch version as a way to spice up this classic favorite.
8 cups of popped popcorn
2 tablespoons of melted butter
2 tablespoons of buffalo wing sauce
1 tablespoon of ranch seasoning OR
half of a 1-ounce envelope of ranch dressing mix
1 teaspoon of salt
1) Pour 8 cups popped popcorn into a large bowl and remove any unpopped kernels.
2) In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons melted butter and 2 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce.
3) Drizzle over the popcorn and gently toss to coat.
4) Sprinkle half of a 1-ounce envelope ranch dressing mix or 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning and 1 teaspoon salt over the popcorn and gently toss to coat. Serve immediately.
