TUESDAY RECIPE: GREEN BERRY MOCHA PUDDING SMOOTHIE

For the person who loves maintaining their healthy lifestyle but lacks the time or energy to get creative with it, the Green Berry Mocha Pudding Smoothie is for you! With only a few simple ingredients you can find in the dining hall and five minutes to prepare, you can feel refreshed, satisfied, and cool, and still make it to class on time.

Ingredients:

1 large handful of kale

1 cup of frozen mixed berries

1 cup of reduced fat milk

2 cups of Cafe Breaks Mocha pudding cups

3-4 ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Toss all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend until well-grinded.
  3. Serve cold and enjoy!
