For those of us that are too tired and too busy to make elaborate breakfasts the morning of, the below recipe offers the perfect solution. Like oatmeal, this delicious and healthier option is as easy as mixing a few (mostly dining hall found) items together and letting them sit overnight. The oats will absorb the liquid and then the next morning you can eat it cold or warm it in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.


½ cup milk

½ cup oats

½ banana (mashed)

Pinch of cinnamon

(You can also add a variety of other fruits and breakfast ingredients to alter the recipe and make it your own)
