TUESDAY RECIPE: RAINBOW VEGGIE FLATBREAD

Make your lunch brighter with this healthy (and delicious) recipe!
Ingredients:
– Vegetables: broccoli, peppers, tomatoes, onions, or whatever else you want to use
– Flatbread
– Red sauce
– Cheese

Directions:
– Lay out flatbread
– Spread sauce, top with cheese
– Add veggies to make a rainbow of colors
– (optional- drizzle a little olive oil on top)
– Put in oven for 20 minutes
