TUESDAY RECIPE: SLEEP AWAY
When you’re tired but unable to fall asleep, the name of the game should be simplicity. No matter what, sleep is important above all else. But, that being said, sleep aids and suggestions can also be long and complicated. Luckily, the below recipe is not.
-1 glass of milk
-2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon of honey
-1/8 teaspoon to a 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
Take a mug. Warm up the milk. Mix in the ingredients. Fall asleep.
It is that simple.
And, with all three ingredients being readily available in the dining hall, the fact is, anyone can stock up and make this drink whenever. Safer than NyQuil and more delicious too, this is the best option for a terrific night’s sleep.
