TUESDAY RECIPE: WALKING TACOS

So…it is TACO TUESDAY! In case you have forgotten about taco tuesday it is your responsibility to partake in the tradition to eat tacos on tuesday. Duh. Walking Tacos are a somewhat new phenomenon. It is SUPER simple and you can customize any way you please. The LSC staff and peer educators had a social today at Azteca’s so we thought it was only fitting to include a recipe to make something delicious!

Ingredients:

Doritos*

Lettuce*

Cheese*

Tomato*

Taco sauce

Sour Cream

Ground beef

*denotes dining hall items

Directions:

Above are the basic ingredients for a “walking taco” i.e, one you can eat and take on the go if you’re in a hurry.

  1. Cook ground beef on medium heat until brown. (if you’re not using meat skip this step)
  2. Cut veggies/wash veggies (if you got these items from the dining hall they are probably ready to go)
  3. Open doritos bag and layer it up! Add extra toppings if you’d like
  4. Enjoy!
