Waking up in the morning is the ultimate struggle for most college kids, especially after a long night of studying! Most of the time, no food has hit your belly for at least 8 hours and the loud rumbles coming from inside are all to distracting while in your morning class. Turning on a stove, or walking down to the dining hall can feel like all too much effort when you first wake up, so here is a quick and friendly, mini fridge breakfast!

What You Will Need:

Plain Yogurt

Flax Seeds

Chia Seeds



Ground Cinnamon

Strawberries or Blueberries or Your choice of fruit


Throw it all in a bowl, or container if you’re on the go. A dash of cinnamon and and a spoonful of honey is all you need; adjust other ingredients to the amount of your liking!
