TUESDAY RECIPE: HEALTHY RAMEN (WITH CHEESE!)

Ramen is a staple in the average college student’s diet. It’s cheap, super easy to make, and relatively filling. But let’s be honest, you are probably sick of the stuff by now. For a little variety in your noodle-based diet, try Healthy Ramen (With Cheese). It’s quick and easy. The extra ingredients can be found in the dining hall

Ingredients

1 Package of Ramen (Shrimp, Chicken, Beef, Hot & Spicy)

An Assortment of Fresh Vegetables (DH)

¼ Cup Milk (DH)

¼ Cup Shredded Cheese (DH)

Directions:

  1. Sauté vegetables in a saucepan.
  2. Cook the Ramen as you normally would in boiling water, but instead of making broth with that seasoning packet, drain the water once the noodles are done.
  3. Add milk.
  4. Add vegetables.
  5. Add cheese.
  6. EAT
