TUESDAY RECIPE: HEALTHY RAMEN (WITH CHEESE!)
Ramen is a staple in the average college student’s diet. It’s cheap, super easy to make, and relatively filling. But let’s be honest, you are probably sick of the stuff by now. For a little variety in your noodle-based diet, try Healthy Ramen (With Cheese). It’s quick and easy. The extra ingredients can be found in the dining hall
Key: DH – Available in the Dining Hall
1 Package of Ramen (Shrimp, Chicken, Beef, Hot & Spicy)
An Assortment of Fresh Vegetables (DH)
¼ Cup Milk (DH)
¼ Cup Shredded Cheese (DH)
- Sauté vegetables in a saucepan.
- Cook the Ramen as you normally would in boiling water, but instead of making broth with that seasoning packet, drain the water once the noodles are done.
- Add milk.
- Add vegetables.
- Add cheese.
